Welcome back to the movies!

The MovieWorks Cinema is OPEN with protocols for the safety of our patrons and staff. We're excited to have you back!

As of Spring 2021, for everyone's safety, we are still requiring masks to be worn by everyone except while eating and drinking in your seats. Disposable masks will be provided to those who forget one. If you haven't been to the MovieWorks in a while, you will notice some extra protocols to keep our staff and patrons safe. Hand sanitizer can be found in the entry, at the concession counter, and outside of the bathrooms. We've installed plexiglas dividers in the concession area. Our luxury recliners, which have an antimicrobial finish on the fabric, are cleaned and sanitized with Shockwave® disinfectant before every show. Groups, families, or individuals will find ample distance from other patrons with the generous spacing between the rows of luxury recliners as well as a one-seat gap between groups in the same row.  Our air filters have been upgraded to provide the best filtration available. Showtimes are staggered to avoid overcrowding in the lobby and hallways. Online ticket purchases are encouraged to streamline your entry.

There's nothing like seeing a movie on the big screen. Once you've sat down with your hot buttered popcorn, reclined your seat and the previews have started, you will be glad you came to the movies!

If you are not feeling well or have had exposure to someone with COVID-19 refunds will be available if you have already purchased tickets. Please check for these symptoms.

Email for ticket refunds. No refunds can be issued if the showtime has passed.

Masks are required. Please wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose! If you don’t have one, we will provide a disposable mask for you you.

Masks must be worn by everyone, and should only be removed when consuming food or drink.

Everyone is reminded to maintain physical distancing protocols with other patrons outside of your party in the lobby, hallways and restrooms. Be sure to provide distancing when entering or exiting auditoriums.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before you scheduled showtime to avoid crowding in the lobby and hallways.

All seats and contact surfaces in the auditoriums will be disinfected before each showing. Contact surfaces in the lobbies and hallways will be disinfected multiple times during the evening. Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the building.

A seat gap will be applied between groups to maintain social distancing.

Online ticket purchases are strongly encouraged. Please bring in your confirmation barcode (printed or on your phone) to speed entry. Cash, credit cards and gift cards are accepted at the theatre. As always, PLEASE ARRIVE 5-10 MINUTES EARLY so we can minimize lines.

Our team members have a health screening prior to each shift, including a contactless temperature check. Our training program now includes extensive protocols for the highest standards in food handling and personal safety.

Please help us keep everyone safe by arriving early, staying physically distanced from people not in your household, and wearing a mask. Moviegoing is a privilege we want to keep through these challenging times.
